Today we are issuing a joint communique on the benefits of pet ownership in the aged.

See there is healthy aging and there is falling into decline.

A body is much like a house. If not cared for it looses tone!

Take this one currently on the market that has lost bits and pieces and has things growing where they shouldn’t.

Now our female human did just try to persuade our males that this could be taken on as a new project but they rejected her appeal said it was beyond repair.

We disagree with that argument because we see in her plan multiple trips to LOWES and the HOME DEPOT would be called for and that we would also be allowed to be participate in the project.

We feel that new activities in addition to regular exercise is vital to healthy aging.

Give us your opinions please. To flip it or not to flip it?

Blessing#1736-Real Estate

Have you heard all this talk about A.I. that the latest spam is an A.I. generated voice saying a family member is in danger. Seems the voices are so like the supposed person in need that people fall for it.

You just can’t be too careful.

My Dad screams at spam calls. We haven’t measured the impact on his blood pressure but it must be substantial as it tends to frighten the terror. She freezes on the spot!

My bro just ignores spam and laughs it off. He’s given up on convincing Dad he’s barking up the wrong tree shouting at them!

It depends on the day how Ma reacts. Sometimes she gets us to bark into the phone which is fun.

Who knows maybe one day A.I. will send a banter from me that I won’t have to write!

We boiled our first corn of the new season last night and it was yum. Well at least that’s what we were told as our humans ate it all.

It was a beautiful bright yellow and there’s a lot of that around right now.

I’m thinking it could work as my party color as blue and red are taken. You need a contrast though to make it stand out.

Thank goodness for green and purple!

I got catatonically bored watching the news last night.

Even Ma is a better candidate than the current front runner. Except she’s a Brit so can’t stand (nothing to do with beer or fizz)!

I’m from Texas and living in Ohio so that gives me great credibility. More presidents came from Ohio than any other state.

Add to this that never ever in my entire life would I make a speech from a golf club. Give me a break such a tiny ball.

Gotta have at least a tennis size to score in this game even if today is your birthday!

Precious Peeps I’m feeling much more Perky because yesterday I had a full day of loving with my Granny. We cooked up a storm!! Homemade chicken tenders and chips! Yum! Here I am giving them the final quality control sniff before we put them in the oven.

The stinking Gizz was around too. He has to get his nose into everything but you gotta take the rough with the smoothie.

Before all that we did our baking and barking and then Granny got some plants for the yard. It’s rained for the first time in three weeks and she feels the drought is over.

She went searching for snapdragons but none were to be found so she got some supposedly Deer safe Mandevilla

They were on sale at Walmart for $2 so she got five and dibbled them in. Even if the Deer do devour them it’s not the loss of a town land.

They are toxic to dogs so I’ve been warned to « use as communication centers only and do not ingest »

Precious Peeps it’s Pits and I’m Perfectly Petrified.

See on occasion on a Sunday evening when nothing good is on PBS we bust out the popcorn and all watch a movie.

Well last night my Dad recommended The Menu.

It’s about a group of foodies who go to an island for a dinner prepared by a renowned chef.

If you’re into fine dining and all that smoke and mirrors stuff and can handle high drama then check it out.

What transpires is terrible.

Freaked me out.

I’m sticking with fast food.

If you googled yesterday the doodle was a scone!

Of course Ma got straight to it and used this to promote the renowned raisin rolls on her tearoom page!! Nevers missed a beat my Ma!

Got me thinking of what’s my Doodle should be for the campaign.

In Paris for the Olympics in 2024 they’ve gone with a traditional little Hat Man.

Maybe I should do a bone or would that be too gruesome?

How about some paper shredding gif?

Just to underline that each and ever document is safe with me!!!

Precious Peeps it’s Pits Perfect.

I had a ferocious feed of fermenting fodder earlier in the week that cleaned me out and clean did my stomach in to boot.

That, coupled with the Canadian wild fire fallout that hit Ohio over the past few days, and I’m having to rest up to get back to peak performance.

Dad is being very considerate and kind to me but Granny is cross as forty cats because she says she’s had it with me chewing on crap.

Yesterday she found a pile of grass in my crate that was proof that what goes down must also come up.

I slunk off and feigned forgetfulness. Poor Dad had to clean out my lodging when he got back from work.

I may move to another palace to get away from the gnarled Granny.

The King seems to be an understanding fellow.

Just a shame he’s into working dogs.

Maybe I’ll stick with my master and mentor.

You know I am partial to prolonged periods of peace.

Apart from loving my Mom it’s what I do best.

When I am President I intend to make the working week four days instead of five and we will work from ten till three.

Blessing#1728-Sleep Deeper

You heard about the painting at the tearoom.

Well we thought you’d like to see how it turned out.

The grey paint around the red awning had pealed and looked rough.

So Ma thought she’d make thing pop.

She snagged a pot of « OOPs » paint at Lowe’s. It was good quality outdoor material but clearly not the desired color that someone ordered. It was vibrant pink to put it mildly.

They virtually give this stuff away so ideal for Ma and her tight budget.

It went on like a dream one coat coverage even over the grey and man did it give that old building a little lift.

Now wait for this don’t you think the contrast matched the roses?

Seriously pals if you have a little job to do like a small piece of furniture or a door you should check out the OOPs section at your DIY store. I feels a pinkish red floor coming on at the tearoom too!!!
