Just one more weekend left this year.
It’s hard to believe that so many days have passed.
Maybe it’s because I have spent more time sleeping this year than ever before.
You know I have to follow the example set by Ma and she is getting worse and worse.
Can’t keep her peepers open past nine yet she’s wide awake at five in the morning.
I’m trying to persuade her she has to break this rhythm and stay up half an hour later each evening until she reaches midnight.
She says it must be a hundred years since she stayed up that late.
Even I wasn’t around that long ago!!
