Yesterday Ma got the Bro to take down all the Christmas decor while she and Dad went to church and then got the groceries.
He did a real good job under my supervision of course and the niece stayed out of the way and chewed her Nyla as told her I nuke her if she didn’t.
Ma was so inspired by the clean up that she took to and put up the Chinese New Year gear as a quid pro quo.
All done before 1:00pm so after lunch a good siesta was warranted for all.
Dinner done we all watched the movie Pride and Prejudice again. It’s the version with Kiera Knightly as Elizabeth. Don’t ask who was Darcy but it wasn’t Colin Firth.
This time Ma said she really enjoyed it. Previously she hadn’t been hot on it as Colin was absent but upon reflection she concluded that ambience changes everything.
