Good Sunday morning to you. Today is special because it’s SUPERBOWL!
For those of you living on planets outside the USA this event ranks up there with Thanksgiving and Christmas in our national culture.
It is a unifying feast of chicken wings, dips and chili cheese nachos.
The best bit is the commercial as far as I’m concerned but I am starting to get into it after all my years on this earth.
Tonight in New Orleans the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Ma and Dad and me are rooting for the CHIEFS since Ma use to go often to Kansas City when she worked in pet food. She still has pals there and my long deceased much beloved Labrador uncles Darcy and Bingley came from there.
The niece and her father will no doubt cheer for the Eagles just to make the atmosphere a little more edgy in our homestead.
Just be sure that y’all take long naps this afternoon as these events have a habit of going on forever.
