So you won’t believe this one unless you believe in divine intervention.
Yesterday on the way to the tearoom Ma stopped to buy jam.
She saw that there were racks of plants outside the second hand Restore shop which was a first!
Being as nosy as Pinocchio she had to sniff this out.
There were literally hundreds of plants many of which were at deaths door but since it was marked buy one get two free Ma decided to investigate.
She went inside and asked how much a plant was and the lady said $1.
WOW!
Ma coughed up the dollar and the lady said take four and Ma thanked her and then the lady said “You know what just take as many as you want”
It was like the feeding of the five thousand on a plant platform.
The backseat if her car was filled.
Ma feels that God personally gifted this to her for the new house and she has already dibbled in the two cherry tomato plants.
The perennials and annuals will have to wait till the weekend when she has cleared a spot for them but she is as happy as a pig in muck.
She never did get the jam but she sure is jammy!!!!!
