I often talk to you about snuggling up tight. Well some of you may benefit from clarification.
You take your hooman and when they have covered themselves with their bedding you get right up beside them and make a firm barrier between them and the rest of the bed.
If you sleep with two humans you must be in between them.
This will provide both warmth and security and prevent them tossing and turning.
If you know anyone who has trouble sleeping please share and advise them to take a trip to the nearest rescue shelter.
