Precious Peeps it’s PITS and I’m puffing with pride.

It has come to my attention that President Roosevelt’s dogs name was FALA.

That’s awfully close to NALA! So while Grumpy may think he’s destined for the White House he’d better think of a name change because Scooby sucks!

There I got that load of my chest.

See I’m sick of the stinker!

He’s always such a good two shoes.

Never does anything fun like taking a dive or chasing some game.

To make matters worse he insists on licking my lips when I’ve just had a snack.

Anyone got a stick of dynamite he might chew on?

I am once again mortified by my Mother.

See yesterday was trash day and as we were returning with aunty Denise from the park Ma spotted a treasure waiting for pick up.

It was destined for landfill but found its way instead inside the Queen of Soul.

You guessed it she dived on it.

I cannot take any more of this.

What will my friends PJ and Eddie think?

It’s even a point on which THE THING and I are agreed but all we can do is hang our heads in shame!

Did you see THE MUSK is in on the announcements for candidates! Twitter! It bombed.

Now I need to get some social media baron on my side for the campaign to show them how to do it!!!!

Who better than THE BEAST. Not the niece the Zuckerberg.

We’ve got a lot in common especially when I have my locks long.

THE BEAST looks like a reasonable sort of woofer.

Probably good at herding sheep which is essentially the same thing as getting voters on your side.

Wonder is he in the good books with the BIG BOSS!!

Precious Peeps it’s PITS Perfect again!!!!

Tongue-in-cheek aside that talk of beaches yesterday got me heated up!

While on our first morning mile we met my boyfriend Remi. He was on his way home so we went with him back to his kennel.

We’d just said bye and turned towards Cardinal Hill when a young family of geese walked nonchalantly across the road towards their pond.

That’s when the vibe for action hit me. I tugged so hard I pulled my leash from Granny’s hand and took off after them.

Not only to the edge but right deep into the pond. From who knows where a whole flock of them descended and I was forced out.

That sure was a fun start to the day.

The rest went to plan except I took in a little sunbathing and did some Pilates.

You gotta get the bod in best beautiliousness before all the pools open this weekend!!!!!

Precious Peeps it’s PITS Perfect and I’m so excited because it’s Dads day off .

You know what that means? SNUGGLES

Here’s how it goes. I only get out of bed at 7:35 when Granny comes to get me for the morning business.

As soon as I return from my three miler to the Palace I head straight for the Pitty Pit and get back in beside Dad. I will spare you photos of that!!!

We snuggle some more and then get up and have a feast around eleven.

That clean wears us out so we ajourn for a movie and a siesta.

We may take on some snacks and refreshments around two and then we get up at four for a walk with Granny and some dinner.

Isn’t it heavenly. It’s like being on a beach only you’ve got TV too. Best of all I don’t see the old Grumpies all day long!!!

ARETHA has been recalled! Something to do with her electricals. So after walking and baking Ma took off to the garage to get her fixed.

So you guessed it the MONSTER and me get to hang out again with Dad.

The THING is always trying to get me in bother with him and he’s always scolding me even though I do no wrong.

I just have to hang out and hope that the Queen of Soul’s problem isn’t too serious so Ma gets home soon for a siesta.

Well Mom just got home and Kairos 53 at the Ohio Reformatory for Women is a wrap. 37 new graduates stepped forward to be welcomed by those who proceeded them on this journey.

The responsibility for leading the next weekend has been passed to Ma so for her the big job begins.

We’ll have a rest for a few days but then the phone calls will start to recruit the team and the program planning will begin. Fall will be here in no time but I’ll be helping out calming her nerves and loving and listening a lot.

Beats taking day care of trouble hands down.

Yesterday they rolled out the prayer chain at the Kairos weekend.

We all put our paws together and said one at home along with lots of family and friends.

We weren’t the only peeps and pets praying because there are Kairos weekends going on all over the world not just in Ohio.

It’s amazing that so many people are involved in this ministry. We’re definitely in good company.

Makes for long days but when you open your daily devo and see this it’s encouraging!

I’m learning that in the Greek language you have multiple words for what we English woofers combine into one.

Take love as an example the Greeks have no less than EIGHT kinds. I can apply none of them apply to Pittys!

The Greeks also have different words for time. It’s not just the seconds on the clock it’s the significance of how the time is used.

Have you ever noticed when you’re on vacation it can feel like you’ve packed months into days or when your waiting for someone to come home time goes so slowly.

So while I watching the seconds pass longing for Mom I’m doing something with it and putting this paw to paper.
