Ma sometimes stews before she explodes.

She’s a bit like a pressure cooker!!!

Yesterday as you know she was busy but before she left for her day inside she heard that HRH HARRY had done it again.

Another day another interview.

So of course when Ma got back she had to watch the BBC blabla it in its entirety.

I was subjected to it too.

Man is that dude a whiner!

Seriously I thought Ma might throw the remote at the TV.

It is rare that she dislikes someone.

I know that because she puts up with the niece but that dude ranks up there with Elon in her don’t even dare mention him list.

Thank goodness for William and Kate and all there sweet souvenirs of days out at the seaside

One of these days I just might dump Ma.

She can be quite unfeeling at times.

The number of short trots is increasing exponentially and I’m fed up with it.

Take this morning. She is off to the prison and has to be there by 8:00am so I got a short shift around the yard and that was it.

“Oh don’t fret Scooby” she says “Your Bro will take you for a walk”

My foot!

With him I’ll be lucky to get let loose to pee.

I need that long walk to get things moving.

It is totally unacceptable.

She better make up for it with some serious amount of pizza this evening!!

Precious Peeps it’s me again to wing you into the weekend.

I may have some competition at the new ranch when it comes to taking flight.

Seems we have acquired at least one new family member.

Granny says that if there is a drake around he usually has his hen close by.

Ducks are very faithful fowl and mate for life.

Maybe they’ll have chicks that I can chase.

It would be so much more fun than hounding that horrible Gizzard.

I’m just a tad jealous that “Donald” got to plunge in before me.

I’ve selected a name for his wife already can you guess what it might be?

This house remodeling is all well and good but when your Ma has to meet the contractor at 9:30 and it’s an hour drive to get there you get a very small trot.

Here’s the good news though. The fence is fixed so when there is a day that there are no storms in the forecast Ma is going to take me and the niece for a ride so we can chase each other in circles round the yard.

It will be like having our very own dog park. I might jump in the pool too.

Now that the leaves have been removed we can see that the deck is a disaster. So Ma is getting a quote to get it replaced.

I see in my crystal ball that serious depletion of my inheritance is happening in the near future.

What the heck I say if you gotta a pool you gotta have a decent deck to match.

The Bro wants a fire pit too for smores. I know I know no chocolate but I can have double marshmallows or make them white!

Precious Peeps it’s meehee your very own PERFECT Pitty here to help you over the humpty.

I was in need of help myself yesterday afternoon as we had stinker storms.

They were the ones that make the house shake.

Fortunately Dad was home so I jumped into his paws.

I hope they stop when we move because our new house is a littler one and has no basement.

Do you think if I started saying prayers now and you all joined in God would redirect tornado alley away from central Ohio.

Maybe that’s not fair for everyone so let’s ask instead that henceforth he send only “Gentle Rain From Heaven”

That way we’d all be twice blessed.

Just call me Pitty Portia!!!!

I am relieved to report that Ma has overcome her jet lag and slept all through the night.

Being of a compassionate and caring nature this means I too got some super sleep.

See when she awakens, regardless of hour or place it is my bounded duty to spring into action to protect and comfort her.

My reward for this diligence and dedication is simply recognition that I am “THE BEST DOG THAT WAS EVER BORN”

I also accept treats and trots and feel particularly good if I get to ride shot gun around the village. That’s just a helpful hint!

There are advantages to having a house move in the plans.

It means Ma has less time to crochet.

Now I don’t anticipate that we’ll move for months as the new ranch won’t be ready but there is still a lot of scope here to get things going.

There is 15 years of Dads book and paper collection to deal with.

There is 15 years of Ma’s thrift shopping.

There is a mountain of shredded items that Jaws demolished.

The painter who cannot start at the new place because the rewire can’t start till the 23rd is going to start fixing the doors that the niece has claws back to the wood. She scratches everything it’s her thing.

Of course I’ve only got my toy and my leash to pack so I could hike it anytime.

I am such an angel.

We didn’t make it on time to see the funeral of the Pope at the Vatican but we did get to see him arrive at his final resting place.

True to form he had planned that his favorite followers would play a role in receiving him at Saint Marie Majeure as his honor guard. “The shepherd has to smell like sheep”

His transport choice of a pick up truck was also very special.

I bet he had a giggle about this from upstairs.

Of course we had to honor him by watching the entire rerun of the ceremony. Perfect!

We ate pizza and Ma had fizz so I bet he’d approve of that too!!

I’m still a bit miffed with Ma that she was hanging out with a kitty during her vacation.

To make matters worse among the trash at the new ranch another has been found.

It is rather forlorn and a tad wrinkly but Ma says we’re keeping it.

It will have a place by the pool.

If it does any nasty business I’ll have the niece nuke it.

You can’t have too many critters in your kingdom even if they are aged and ugly!!

Precious Peeps it’s PITS PERFECT here to project you into a wonderful weekend.

This one I am pleased to say will be spent with my Granny.

I nearly took her out when she returned with high hugs and killer kisses.

Like me she gained a few pounds over the past ten days.

I attribute mine to lack of exercise. Hers is due to too many Ulster Fry breakfasts, fish suppers and general over indulgence of all things Irish.

She brought back some Tayto cheese and onion crisps for Dad and Grandpa but the Gizz and I only got one each.

So now she’s back to porridge we will be out and about kicking up the steps again to redress each imbalance.

I trust you too will have time for trots this weekend and always remember you are almost as PERFECT as a Princess!!
