This piece of canine reflection may just be the most profound I have generated to date.

Looking at a cartoon cousin Krishna sent us recently it dawned on me that humans are in this pitiful situation that no other being encounters because they wear clothes.

If they didn’t then I grant you that without fur they might be a tad cool of a winter but this clothes wearing has spawned a huge industry not just in garment manufacturing but in dieting too.

Now why do they wear clothes? Well I suppose in part so they could migrate to cooler climes but no dear reader it is all down to the desire to eat apples.

Really they are quite quite stupid they should have stuck with meat and they’d have always been able to fit in their birthday suits!

Precious Peeps it’s PITS Perfect!

I had such a delightful day yesterday baking with Granny but then that all went south about 4:30.

I’d just had dinner and the old gal had taken me out for my business when it started.

The big boom booms rolled in fast and I almost lifted her off her feet trying to get us home.

How I hate storms. They make me very scared.

The stinker Scoob is not perturbed a bit and bags the bones.

I just wait and shake and listen to the news until it’s gone.

I am a pin your ears backs pitiful Pitty until I hear the all clear.

Ma was saying to Dad yesterday afternoon that if it was this warm in Ireland people would be on the beach.

That’s sounds sweet.

I’ve never been to a real beach by the seashore only to the sand by the lake.

I’d have taken that but Ma wasn’t hearing of it. Just a slow trot round the block.

I see all these pics on auntie Sandra’s Facebook in Ireland of her and her dog Frank at beautiful seafronts

Makes me very jelly!!!

Maybe this year I’ll get to swim in the ocean.

I hear it tastes salty.

I’m just dreaming for now!

Precious Peeps it’s PITS AGAIN!

Didn’t I tell you Granny would give me a road trip!

OK I concede we didn’t get to NYNY but we went down the road by the river and we had some fun in the sun and yum yum yum.

See we were out delivering our latest concept TEA on the Go! Note who is delivering!!!! A PRINCESS no less!!

In a little box we offer you a tiny tastes of Booming Blessings to take with you for your picnic or to your loved one stuck at home.

Feedback please dear Peeps as this could mean many Sunday adventurers for me and the stinker.

Oh the places we could go.

You may not think this is significant, and to be truthful nor do I, but it got Ma all worked up.

See she reached 1K followers yesterday for the tearoom website.

Now by all accounts this means that the wait for it……. « algorithms » will adjust and she will get more exposure.

It’s taken almost three years to get here just one gentil stack at a time.

Let’s hope it won’t take nearly as long to get to 2K or she’ll be throwing in the tea towel!!

I am totally fed up with the PIT. She is driving me round the bend with her fanciful ways.

Heck there isn’t a fire hydrant in the whole neighborhood that she hasn’t scented.

She stinks!!!

I may take to drink!

Maybe I’ll emigrate to Ireland. I know I’d have plenty of fine company there.

Poor Mom though what would she do without me?

Maybe beer is the best solution!!!!!

Precious Peeps it’s your favorite Pitty Puppy Person once more.

What a treat for you to have a message from me two days in a row.

First dear fans I want to wish you all the best for the weekend.

My Dad is going on a roadtrip to New York New York. I have suspicions he may not be traveling alone!! Well that’s fine by me as I have been left in the safe hands of Granny who may take me on a road trip too if I play my cards right.

Now on to serious matters. Yesterday as you know was February 29th when, by Irish tradition, females may propose marriage.

Alas the only male of my species I encountered yesterday was the Stinking Scooby.

If he was the last hound on earth I wouldn’t marry him.

Now Remi on the other hand or Boomer would be fun to tie the knot with or at a pinch PJ or Eddie even if they are a tad on the short side.

Since I’m the only gal in the neighborhood who is active on the dating scene I’m sure any or all of them would accept my proposal that I posted carefully on each fire hydrant.

Let’s see who’s first to take my hand, make that paw, and who comes in with the biggest diamond!!

Precious Peeps it’s Pits Perfect here to tell you all about an adventure I had on Tuesday.

See it was like summer outside and Granny was in a good mood so after our naps she said the immortal words « let’s go car »

Of course I immediately assumed we were off to the river bluffs but no.

Guess what? For the first time in my life she took me downtown with her and Scooby.

Now our downtown is hardly manhattan but it has jewels and posh purses and antiques and knick knacks and a plethora of fine dining options.

I was beside myself with excitement and almost dislocated Granny’s shoulder but man was it exciting and fun.

I always knew I was a gal for the good times.

Bring it on Granny and I promise I’ll be a good a gold next time especially if we leave Scooby with Grandpa!!!!!

From clear skies and a full moon spotlight to the flashing lights of severe thunderstorms we get all sorts of heavenly pyrotechnics in these parts during the night.

The storms didn’t bother me too much and it was only this morning Ma and Me learned that the tornado sirens were sounding.

Seems there was a touch down about forty miles from here where some of our pals live.

So dear friends stay safe and put your shorts in the laundry because the 70s (20C) of yesterday will be replaced by the 20s (-6C) again tonight.

Variety they say is the spice of life.

My recommendation for today indoor games again.

There is one thing harder than kibble my Mother’s oat cakes.

She made a trial run for her Irish extravaganza that is coming up at the tearoom in Saint Patrick’s Day.

I can attest to the fact that they should be called Rock Cakes instead.

Of course I humor her by pretending I’m interested in them but she better get cracking on refining her recipe or there will be trouble ahead.

Strangely she seem to like them herself. Maybe she was a nutcracker in a previous life!
