Well dears it seems winter isn’t over just yet.
Yesterday at dawn Punxsutawney Phil did his annual duty.
He has spoken out loud and clear and has returned to his bunker for another six weeks.
So famous has this groundhog become that his prediction was covered live on SKY news.
The very serious British news reader clearly was annoyed that he was having to cover such an item. Let’s hope we don’t do that again he said!
Sometimes people need to loosen up a little and embrace the more tender moments in life like middle aged men dressed like Lincoln whispering to a fat little critter.
The little ditty Phil composed was adorable too.
This is my kind of news. It got my day off to a good start even if I’m in for further freezing feet!!!
