Have you been following the visit of the King and Queen to the USA?
They are certainly packing a lot into their trip.
I’ve had to listen to all the speeches as Ma is keen to get every nuance. It was a great surprise that Rory got a shout out from President Trump. We think that’s a BIG hint to the King that a certain person deserves a knighthood.
All in all the speeches have been entertaining as well as highly diplomatic.
You have to ask yourself where these people in their late seventies get their energy from.
Maybe if we had cooks and dressers and cleaners and drivers and such we’d have their stamina too but you have to give it to them they are all working hard.
I know this evening we’ll have more to listen to but I’m resigned to it for now.
