Yesterday morning Ma took us for a very long trot.
As we were on the return circuit we met one of her pals from the women’s club.
Lynette and her husband were in their garden and Lynette asked Ma if she’d like some hostas and lilies that she was digging out.
Of course Ma said yes. So we rushed home and she dropped Jaws and me off and went for the plants.
Now let me tell you there were bags full of them.
We all got to digging and in no time not one but two areas in our jungle had been cleared and the new “MEMORIAL DAY” gardens planted.
Ma sent Lynette a text to show the good work and she said “it was meant to be” and we agree.
