I also plan to do a lot of basking in the sunshine. I am very very good at that.
Granny says I look like a little seal.
Sometimes she tells me “enough is enough young lady you are going to get heat stroke”
I ignore her and pretend to be asleep.
I dream of tropical islands and handsome fellows and of course I dream of snacks.
Some might be cool and refreshing like popsicles and some might be salty like sausages.
When your lying in the sun do you dream happy dreams too?
I think the warmth of those golden rays are like an invisible blanket.
I just love it.
No matter what you’ve planned this weekend be sure to take time out and be like me do nothing for a while and soak up the sun.
