Do you like being quiet? I mean hearing nothing?
This can happen here now at night because there is no AC or heating on.
It’s funny because the quieter everything is the more each noise that does happen makes you jump.
The squirrels sometimes drop nuts from one of our big trees onto our roof. You can hear it in the daytime but at night when it’s still they sound like ballistic missiles.
Just got me thinking that if we all kept quiet for an hour each day, no TV , no Facebook, no barking or shouting we might hear something important.
