Well what can I say Precious Peeps except the POWER is on my side.

See Granny and the Gizz and me were down in the basement yesterday morning attempting to print the tickets for the upcoming big trip when POOF the lights went out.

It’s incredible how silent everything becomes when there’s no TV or AC!

Even the Grumpy old Gizz stopped barking

He just sat gazing at Granny as though she could fix it. I mean she is awesome but she ain’t no electron! Having said that, doesn’t himself look like he’s a lamp stand! Unilluminated of course since he’s so dull!!

I know the deal though! My prayers have paid off. This is the first step in the Almighty’s plan to halt my being lodged in a kennel next to that horrible hound for a week. Playground or no playground from dawn till dusk I’m not sleeping near him!!!

The Force is with Me! I’m on higher ground!!

Blessing#1688-Electrifying

I’m thinking I may have pigeon pie for dinner. There is a stinking dove outside my bedroom window that has been cooing since five o’clock. Woke me up it did.

Speaking of food cousin Krishna sent me the best dietary advise I’d seen in a long time this morning.

Now that’s the type of weight loss program I could adhere to.

I fear though that snacks will be abandoned once Ma returns from the Coronation as she has set a new standard in chunkiness.

She puts off going on diets until after events. Like after Thanksgiving, after Christmas, after her birthday, after Easter and now it’s after the trip.

We shall see. There will no doubt be some other excuse pulled from the hat to keep the nacho gnashing.

Blessing#1687-Afterlife

I’m a foodie as you know. Quite picky about what I eat but I do declare that there is nothing tastier than a banana sandwich.

What I hear you holler is that.

It is a specialty of Northern Ireland but Ma has given it a twist. Instead of putting butter on the toast before the mashed banana we slather on the peanut butter. Adds the protein to give it better balance!!

It is set to be a milestone in culinary history on the scale of the original invention by the noble Earl.

Soon for sure it will replace the BLT and be a fundamental forward thinking addition to my campaign.

It’s name? What else dear followers but THE SCOOBY!! Absolutely the best thing to reach the hearts of everyone hungry for their best life.

Precious Peeps it’s Pits. I know how horrible hump day can be so I’m here to hug y’all.

Yesterday both Dad and Granny had a day off. It is always fab when they are both around.

Here’s how it goes. Sleep, eat, walk, snuggle, bake, snooze, eat, walk, cook dinner, snack, play, relax.

That Peeps is the formula for deep happiness.

So even if it’s Wednesday remember you can still do all this the only thing you need to insert is work.

It’s just a matter of closing your eyes to anything or anyone that might annoy you!

When Ma worked in R&D they did a lot on safety. They needed to have “working at height permits” for anything above four feet.

Well yesterday was a day for permits because they started on the roof.

In fact they started before the inspector from the insurance got there which may go down like a lump of lead.

What can you do but grin and bear it and fork out the cash!

While I may on occasion look like a sherpas sheep the highest I usually get is my throne which is quite enough to keep trouble in check.

Some kitty though is making the rounds on Facebook for scaling the pet equivalent of Everest. That feline would frighten the life out of me.

I’ll stick to sofas.

Peeps it’s your Princess. I know I know I know you missed me so!!!

I have been increasing my intake of fiber.

This new grass is so sweet.

No wonder the bunnies love it.

Now of course it would be a more balanced diet if I could supplement the greens with a little meat but granny has me tethered to the stinky old Gizz.

That bunny sure looks tasty

Thanks though to my intake of new mown hay I uncovered treasure.

While I was finalizing the digestive process I found a little ring in our yard.

Too small for my nose or ear.

Looks very sparkly thought.

Very definitely the property of another very beautiful Princess

We put it on the front porch by the little doggy so should you own it come and get it.

Blessing#1683-Diamonds for Ever

Yesterday was Earth Day. Hope you all made a contribution to keeping our planet pristine. Plant for the future my friends!

We have to act on global warming it’s effects are scary especially all the wild weather.

Poor old Ma got caught in a storm on Friday evening that frightened the life out of her. Trees down, flash flood, rain and hail so hard she couldn’t see beyond her nose.

Yet at home just two miles down the road we only had a drizzle.

Crazy climate!

Definitely I’ll be implementing policy to recycle, upcycle and heck even bicycle!!!

Blessing#1682-Upping Ozone

I’m becoming increasingly sensitive to the issues our citizens encounter each day.

Inflation is a big buzz word but what it means to your average household is that they are being driven back to basics.

Instead of bacon and eggs for breakfast it is now bread and jam.

Now at the risk of being compared to Marie Antoinette I’d say it’s quite tasty especially if your Ma baked it herself.

Of course that won’t be any solace for those who haven’t a crust.

So I’m devoting myself to fight the good fight and bring back the scramble.

The thing has taken to ballet.

Stands on her hind legs and uses the sofa like a bar.

I am sick to the back of my teeth listening to her one two three, one two three, one two three!

How the heck did she get into this. Do all girls have a love of tutus?

For goodness sake get her something to shred.

I can get no sleep!

In the hope of attracting the younger yogis I’m issuing a few poses to show I’m a guru.

It’s important for the financing of my campaign that I get this body of the electorate on board.

They have considerable disposable income and love to be seen to be together and in touch with their spiritual side.
